Good
Have stayed there before and loved the friendly staff and location....however ....this time the receptionist ran my card thru so many times in error that the Bank issued a fraud alert. I then had to put my 2 rooms- 2 nights on another card and call my Bank to straighten it out. I finally get in my room and the TV is off line and the thermostat on the air is not working and it is 77 degrees in my room. The Lady at the desk said she would be right up to fix the TV.....I called back 1&1/2 hours later to see if she forgot. When she finally got to my room, she agreed that it was hot but said there was nothing she could do and would have someone look at it the next day..Everyone was very friendly even though they were not very helpful . I have stayed there 3 other times and not had any problems.

BED BUGS- most bites our Dr has ever seen!!
BED BUGS!! All of us had to see Dr. upon our return home so many bites, we were covered and had no idea what was from until Dr. confirmed- takes a good 4-5 days to appear- thank goodness we were already home! Area super sketchy, but location to Graceland right there was really convenient. Staff great, super nice to us- but room was filthy, we bought wipes at the WalMart down the street to clean the walls and light fixtures ourselves. Local kids took over pool both nights we were there- very rude, swearing, spitting in the pool- we left both nights from pool after 5 mins. instead of saying anything- was really disappointed that was allowed, we were told by fellow guests they are there every night. Watched them leave and walk across street. Hotel looks cool on website, but is definitely in great need of an overhaul, cleaning level and they need to really up the security or monitor who comes/goes on property - in particular pool.

Poor
We went for my partners 50th birthday, on the day we had money stolen from our room, one member of staff said she would look into it and come back to me, we heard nothing, I went in the evening to ask and I was assured after the young lady took a call about her pizza while I was talking with her, that she would leave a note for the manager, and that she arrived at 8am. I went down at 8 am to be told by yet another member of staff who was lovely and the only decent one to help out, that the manager doesn’t come in until 10am and there was no note left. So two members of staff didn’t really care and one just wanted to eat her pizza and wasn’t bothered. This spoiled my partners day as it left us wondering what else has been stolen from our things!!! And the only other person with access to our room was the housekeeper who denied removing any money from our room!!!! 😢. The hotel it’s self was brilliant but the staff were a whole new level all apart from the lovely lady that helps as me on our final day before we checked out!!

Worst Hotel Stay Ever.
Worst hotel stay ever! It was late when we checked in, otherwise we would have not stopped. A few things we saw. Overall cleanliness was abhorrent. The pool was slimy. I saw 1 person enter in 2 days. Lady who cared for the breakfast area dropped a cup on the floor, filled it with creamer and gave it to us. She then blew her nose and was fascinated with the contents of the tissue for quite some time. Our room was disgusting. The ac unit sounded like a small aircraft readying for takeoff. Housekeeping came in accompanied by a 5 or 6 yo child who helped clean. Yes. A child was working. You can be sure that when I get home everyone will be made aware that child labour laws do not apply to the Days Inn across from Graceland. Everyone will know that this hotel is awful, guests get treated shabbily, cleanliness is not a concern and water borne disease should be a concern. Oh my goodness Days Inn, allowing a child to clean guest rooms?????? Really, this is 2019, not 1919. Michelle.

Very Good
Breakfast was very good! Need to offer a meat entree to breakfast! Room was cleaned good daily! Pillows were worn out, very flat! They need to be replaced! Bedskirts were very dirty underneath mattress, they need to be washed! Shower curtain needs replaced, worn, looks dirty’ Areas around the hotel need to be swept!, stairs to the rooms and cemented areas! Remodeling done in the rooms were substandard! Drywall not sanded prior to painting in some areas! No tub mat in tub to prevent slipping! Maids do not speak English so could not communicate needs! Garbage noted on grounds in various areas! Staff was very friendly! Pool was clean for swimming!! No fitness area!. Drinking water from tap had a pungent taste! Limited TV channels! Weak internet connection!
