      Staff member at the front desk was extremely rude. Apparently he didn’t want to be bothered to check us in. Room was not up to par with the price we paid. Do not recommend this hotel.

      Hotel is under renovation but nowhere on the website does it state that. Not to mention their standards are so low and they think so little of their customers that they have no issues with renting rooms that are being renovated and still charging full price for it like their customers are so stupid they won’t notice.

      Currently under reno so they did not offer much. Staff were very nice. The room was small, not well furnished... hardly furnished.. The was AC did not work although there was a mini split under the window that worked... sort of. It was obnoxiously loud and the only way to shut it off was to unplug it. Speaking of constantly running.. the toilet. Oh the toilet. The cover was replaced with a piece of plastic. The toilet kept running and being a handy man I took the lid off to see what was going on. You better be glad I could not ad photos because it was nasty... Also couldn't stop the toilet from running (yes I reached my hand in the nasty tank.) I hope I have room to discuss breakfast to go... A great value gummy pack. A pack of the mini birthday cake muffins. And two very small granola bars. That's it.... Being the 7th and ONLY hotel that did not offer a hot expansive breakfast I was let down.

      My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking without them notifying me. I was lucky enough that the staff worked something out so we still ended up getting a room. It was not the type of room i had reserved and paid for already, but Ill take the small win of just getting a room. In the meantime, the staff had inappropriate xonversations about their management and personal lives in front of hotel guests checking in. The entire hotel is being renovated, so there is dust and dirt everywhere. Holes in the walls. TV reception is terrible/non-existant. No breakfast options. Ice machines all broken. Guests can go to the floors that are completely demolished due to the renovation, which does not seem at all safe to me. Overall it was just not the best experience ive had and definitely worse than I was expecting when i chose to book at 816. I could have saved money and had a better experience at numerous other hotels in the area.

      This property had paint peeling from the walls, dust over everything, painters tape on the walls floor and trim, and we even saw several roaches in the room. This was the second room they put us in because the first had mold covering the shower and inside of the mini fridge. Theses combined forced us to not finish out our stay the second night because we could not deal with it any longer. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with this hotel. Especially since it is conveniently located. Will not return until the property is properly cleaned and updated.

      Eh. Probably won’t stay again.

      The hotel is under construction, and has covid restrictions, so it’s difficult to have a real idea of what our stay should’ve have been like. But the room we stayed in was dated and looked nothing like the advert images. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was drywall dust in everything from construction on the floor above.

      The front desk guy was a jerk. The bathroom door kept sliding off the track. They advertised free breakfast and coffee and there wasn’t any. The breakfast I could care less but I wanted coffee and we didn’t have any. I can honestly say I won’t be going back!
