First Trip to Greece
Very helpful staff, wonderful location, good breakfasts. Rooms on the small side, carpet and bathrooms need updating.

Fair 4.0
I reserved a room with a view of the Acropolis. The exact description was/is "Micro Room Terrace Acropolis View." I DID NOT GET A VIEW OF THE ACROPOLIS. Room 602 has a building totally blocking the Acropolis. I paid an additional $46 per night for this room upgrade and the hotel was unable to accommodate my reservation as they were booked solid the first night of our stay. On the second night we were moved to a floor lower but with somewhat of a view of the Acropolis in between buildings. NOT AT ALL WHAT THE EXPEDIA LISTING HAS PICTURED. Also the "featured image" is not accessible to all guests. That must be a private room on the top floor. There is no rooftop access unless your room is there. The hotel manager offered us a complimentary drink at their sister hotel nearby as compensation for the inadequate room. I simply asked for the room upgrade amount to be refunded. They stated they were unable to do that and have refused to refund me the difference. I feel I should be refunded cash same as I paid for the room upgrade. The complementary drinks should have been offered for my complete disappointment and inconvenience and made in addition to a monetary refund. At one point the desk attendant said the room was adequate because it provided a view of the museum! I didn't reserve the room for a view of a museum and nor does it state that in that in the listing - please inform the clerk. I am totally disappointed and only selected this hotel because of the room view.

The location of this hotel is great. If you can find the Acropolis museum, you can find the hotel (and it's very hard to miss the Acropolis museum). It's so close to all the things we wanted to see as well as a bunch of shops nearby. We also absolutely loved the free breakfast they offered. It was exactly what we needed before a long day of travel.

Exceptional 10.0
Property was in a great location. We were able to walk to so many places. The breakfast was very good. The man at the front desk was very helpful. He gave us recommendations and called a taxi for us so we could get to the port early to catch our ferry. The room was small but we managed. Overall a fine place to stay.

A Winner
Very clean and well kept. Breakfast was also good. Lots of variety. The location couldn't be better, literally about a 2 minute walk from the Acropolis metro station. They push their sister hotel by urging guests to visit the restaurant and rooftop lounge. I didn't go for dinner but I did visit the rooftop lounge which I highly recommend. Overall, a great stay and I will return.
