Very good, STAY HERE!
So the manager, Sandra is amazing! I thought the 3 stars were wrong, and they ARE! Outside you can miss the hotel entrance completely if you're not careful. It's centered right near all the major hotels. The lobby is welcoming, staff are nice and accomodating. Traveling from out of state for our anniversary trip, they made sure our stay was as carefree as possible. They checked our luggage in since we arrived a few hours early before the check in time. Once we came back, we walked into our room. The 8th floor, corner room, great view and all the rose petals and champagne and chocolates. The romance package was amazing and i would pay for that upgrade every time! The room itself was tiny but the bed was so comfortable, there's a nice sized tv and the bathroom you can tell was really deep cleaned. They also had robes for use in the room, iron, hair dryer, a mini fridge and access to level 2 which had a gym and a lounge. The lounge had 2 tvs, sodas, chips, a keurig, and fresh fruit. This was definitely a good stop right before we went out to grab a soda to go. The bathroom, small but the tub is surprisingly spacious. The amount of hot baths I took in two days probably shouldn't have been so many lol but that water got hotter than hot, and after all the walking in Seattle you're going to want to dip in hot water. So it seems that half the complaints are from the non existent continental breakfast, but they agreeably do wine night, 5 nights a week for an hour!

Sleepless in Seattle!
Parking was $40 a day and the rooms were way too hot and you couldn't open a window to cool it down. Asked for a fan and they said they would bring one to us and never did. I have had better service in a 3rd world country!

Room small bed was uncomfortable and continental breakfast was prob the worst I’ve seen. Rotten bananas with old donuts. The good thing there was a place to eat around the corner. The only positive was the location. Walking distance to pikes place and stadium was fairly close.

Great stay downtown Seattle
The person who checked me in was very helpful and friendly. I was frazzled from traffic and she was very calming and understanding. I appreciate her patience and help in the matter. There valet parking was full but there is a lot in the same building to park yourself. The dorr person was very helpful in explaining this. Overall pleased with the hotel. Would go back.

Will stay here again!!
Everyone was so nice. We stayed in room 310 which was a corner room with great views. Bed was a little firm for my liking but pillows were super comfy. Restaurant had good food!! Easy walk to the stadium
