Great Vacation
The rooms were extremely small. I upgraded to a deluxe king bedroom and it was still very small. The hotel was in an excellent location to the light rail, Pike Place Market, Sky Observatory and more!

Great location but....
I really would have liked to like this hotel. Pros - great location, great service from the front desk. Cons - the hotel is a bit long in the tooth, the room had a smell, and are very small. Biggest con - we booked a two bedroom suite for our family of 4 to stay in and neither bedroom had a door on it. Not private at all.

Great Location, Ok room
I booked this room looking for a great downtown location. It was centrally located and easy to move around Seattle. The quality of the room is lower than the price paid. The room was small and dimly lighted. The view was poor as well. I paid the hotel $70 to park my car for two nights. The room met my last minute needs and was the cheapest price I could find in the area. We spent very little time in the room as we explored Seattle. We slept well in the bed and noise was not an issue. The hotel met my needs, as I didn't want to spend $300-$400 a night for a downtown hotel.

Great location and friendly staff
The hotel was in a great location. It was walking distance from many Seattle attractions and is no more than 2 blocks from many bus lines and a light rail station. The hotel was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom is pretty small. There isn't much room to spread your toiletries and makeup out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a 7am flight and they reserved a town car with the hotel for a decent price (about what I was expecting to pay for a cab). The only bad thing I have to say about the hotel is that you can hear everything going on in the hallway. It was only a problem on Friday and Saturday as people's came back from their night out.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. The hotel itself is small, but it's in the middle of downtown in a 100 year old building, so that's to be expected. Our second day, we noticed a problem with our room, and the staff was very expedient in helping us move to another room. Not two hours after, another problem popped up with the new room, so we were moved to yet another room. The whole time, the staff was very helpful and apologetic. The problems were no one's fault, but they were very prompt in fixing them. The front desk staff was especially kind, offering up different places to check out while we were in town. Overall, love the staff and the location, but there were some problems with the building itself.
