The hotel was what I expected. It was clean and the king-bed room was spacious. Breakfast was common faire. I would stay there again.

Good staff makes a big difference
The desk guy Freddie turned a very long delay for flights into a good rest in what could have been worse. Nice job Freddie.

    Never again
Prior to checkin, I tried to call this hotel to change my checkin person because i was ill and on my way to the hospital but wanted my family to rest. But after trying to call the hotel for five straight hours, no one answered and I gave up. I called the hotel directly from their lobby apon checkin but their phone never rang. I asked if they were having issues with their phone because I have been trying to call them and no one answered. I verified the number was right. The woman said that she had just gotten there for her shift, a shift that normally she is not on. She physically checked the phone as I was standing there and found that the ringer has been turned completely off. We got to the room and everything was fine but we left twice and both times our keys did not work on our return and we had to redo our keys. We asked housekeeping who was in our hall cleaning to let us in but she laughed and said she had no key for the rooms. Ive worked housekeeping and that was a lie. The next morning we got up to go to breakfast, it was approximately 8 o’clock in the morning, we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to restock the empty breakfast buffet. When we asked when they were going to bring out more toast because that was all that our child wanted, we were refused and told that they would not be bringing out any more toast and that we would have to wait till the following day if we were staying another night and to eat a muffin. There were two roaches in the room to end

Someone Else's Clothes Were in my Dresser!!
First, let me say that I stay at this hotel every time I visit the area for business. Every other time was a good stay. This time I was very unimpressed by the condition of the room. The room smelled like smoke from cigarettes, the coffee maker was missing, and ALL the drawers in the dresser were filled with someone else's clothes (hense the cig smell). Let me be clear, when I arrived it was later in the day and I had a meeting I had to attend within the hour; very much a drop luggage and run situation. It was not until I returned later that evening did I notice the cigarette smell. It was too late (almost midnight) so I did not say anything to the front desk because I was too tired to move all my stuff to another room, I did not notice the missing coffee maker and clothing until the next morning prior to my checkout. I made comment to the front desk attendant as I checked out. I wanted her to be aware that I did not smoke in the room and there was no coffee maker and that her housekeeping crew did a POOR job. She did say that she was embarrassed, but gave no further dialogue. I usually don't write bad reviews but a 4.5 star hotel should not have this kind of service or lack of for that matter. I encourage you to review your housekeeping practices an make it right for future users.
