Very adequate accommodations. Nothing fancy; nothing lacking. Located in the city but room was very quiet.
Overall the hotel was nice, comfortable, good AC, Good location. Poor WIFI.
Breakfast terrific. Staff was always very busy, but I guess that's good for business.
This is a nice hotel in an ideal location. It’s close to the port, the metro, and a taxi rank. The sightseeing bus stop is in walking distance as is Castel Nuovo, the Royal Palace, and Piazza del Plebescito. I had a single room which was surprisingly spacious compared to some double rooms in larger cities. Professional staff was helpful and had very good recommendation. Easy check in and check out process.
Good location, but overpriced for what you get. Room was non smoking but had smoky smell in it. Bathroom was old, not in great condition, and not as clean as it should have been. Mattress was hard and duvet was lumpy.
Great, clean hotel in a not so great area. Perfect and extremely convenient if you just need to be near ferry.
Walking distance to the ferry port. Major construction & traffic in the area made it a bit challenging with luggage. Room was large, clean & quiet. Shower is tiny. Close to Metro station. Taxi stand across the street was very convenient for 3:30 am ride to the airport. Excellent restaurant right around the corner.
Nice Hotel at the right location. Rooms are small but comfortable.
Room was of average size for Italy, but nicely appointed: good wifi, its own thermostat, a coffee machine, a very comfortable bed and a not so frequent bonus, a mini fridge with half a dozen complimentary beverages (water, sparkling water, coke, juice) refilled daily. The bathroom was nice as well, with a roomy shower and a good tray of toiletries. Breakfast was sufficient, not impressive, the weak point of the hotel. Reception service was excellent. This hotel location was very good, pretty much across Castelnuovo (great view of the fortress from the breakfast terrace) and a few minutes walk to Via di Toledo; also close to the port. Another big plus was the closeness of Osteria da Antonio, a small restaurant with outstanding food. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location for easy walk to the boats, eg to Sorento or Capri. Very nice for an Italian hotel but much smaller than an American hotel. Also awkward steps everywhere. Nice bathroom and very good breakfast for €15. I would rate this. 3 in the US but I. Italy it is a 4 or even a 5. I would return.
