Great place!
Everything was excellent. The place is nice and quaint. We really enjoyed it. My only complaint was we came in on a red-eye flight. I called and our room was available earlier in the day but they wanted to charge me 1/2 off the daily rate to check in two hours before check-in time. I was irritated they wanted to charge that when the room was ready and available.

Worst customer service ever!
The service was terrible from start to finish. They were not friendly or helpful at check-in. We needed a handicap room, which we had reserved in advance, but when we got there the only ADA accessible room was a room at a different room rate. They made us pay the increased fee even though we had reserved a room in advance. We tried to eat dinner at the hotel but they told us we could not get in as it was reservation only. We looked inside and less than half the tables were full but they still wouldn’t let us sit there. The following morning was Mother’s Day and when we went down to have breakfast where they were giving Mimosas to mothers. I am a female and was asked if I was a mother. When I said “no”, they wouldn’t give me a Mimosa! I even offered to pay for it but they told me “no-these are for mothers only “. The breakfast buffet was incredibly overpriced for the quality and the service was fair at best. I have never been more disappointed with the level of service considering the rates we paid. It’s a shame because the place was very historic and the rooms have a lot of character. If they could learn simple customer service this place could be a little jem. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Quaint and comfy Inn
Nice little hotel. It is a bit dated but that is to be expected with a 200+ yr old hotel! Staff was beyond nice, and when I asked for a band aid, they made me take two and asked if I wanted more. Just wish the carpets were cleaned a bit better, made my room feel slightly dingy but the comfy beds made up for it!
