My husband and I always love when we can get a place with enough room for us to spread out! It is in the perfect location for us to walk around downtown and the staff was amazing.

It's a good location - but there is a lot of homelessness in the area and it detracts from the Hyatt's location. Trash and feces on sidewalks in mornings - I was there on business and was able to take my wife - but asked her not to walk around too far from hotel while I was gone. As a long time Hyatt Gold member I do not care for Hyatt hotels that serve breakfast as it takes away from this location. Its a small hotel and they do not have the space to hide the people that just want to eat and its a loud hotel in lobby and corridors. Stay at the Hyatt Regency on next block if the price is same or not much more if these things are a concern. The bathrooms need a bit of upgrade - but its quieter and better clientele. Good Luck!
