    Hotel service and concierge were superior! Location is perfect, we could see Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House from our room! In 10 mins walk, you can be to either Sydney or Darling Harbour with access to an abundance of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are large and beautiful. The 36th floor glass walled restaurant and bar have stunning views. I very highly recommend the Shangri-La...it's 5 star all the way!

    No air conditioning, bugs, hot . Not pleasant

    We arrived on a hot muggy day and there was no air conditioning ! Only 1 small shower in the small 3 bedroom house. Nobody there to greet us. Windows open to try and cool off at night with bugs coming in and no screens. We left after 1 night and didn’t stay the second night. Got a hotel somewhere else. I would expect a refund for at least the one night. Very dissatisfied.

    Great location at The Rocks. Best views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the 20th floor up in my opinion. Altitude Restaurant and Blu Bar has amazing views and a great menu. You can have a two or three-course menu at Altitude.
