Did not have air conditioning which was an issue however I should of checked before booking. Rather dated overall but the staff were lovely. Superb location for access to the station, city centre, Isle of Wight and the cruise ships. The food was very good but also check out the TGIFriday as despite the negative reviews we found very good, just go a little later to avoid the family rush. Overall l would recommend.
