Clean and friendly, great location!
Loved this place! The suite was huge, extremely clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great location, close th the Japanese garden and rose gardens, as well as many other great businesses in old town. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place in Portland to stay!!
We chose the Park Lane Suites because they were not downtown, and had free parking. We were absolutely floored by the lovely suite we got- 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and living room!!! We stayed 3 days, and it was fabulous. Cheryl at the front desk was the BEST and helped us with tickets to the Japanese Gardens. We loved the place. It's not fancy- it's comfy and more than adequate.

The room was very clean. There was some street noise, but that was expected as only a block from a main street in Portland. I would highly recommend the Park Lane Suites for an extended stay with a family in one of the suites. It was home away from home.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Riom was clean. Deeply enjoyed the proximity to Washington Park which is beautiful(!). I arrived around 1am having taken the light ril from the airport to Providence Park (which is an arena). PLI&S is a quick walk from the light rail station. It wasnt the best introduction to the area (not a lot of cities feel welcoming and bright at 1am) But iPortland was in the throes of spring and the following morning the cherry blossoms, hyacinth and other plantings lightened my mood considerably. The coffee and tea in the lobby were very welcome though there is a machine in the room. On the East Coast, this might have been called a motel - and I might not have chosen it - but overall, Im glad I did. It was an easy trip from the Convention Center but distanced enought from 'town' that it felt like a break.

Cozy weekend spot
Overall, it was a great stay. The room was spacious and clean, the amenities were nice, and the bed was very comfortable. My wife and I have stayed here before and we chose it for its proximity to the various shops on NW 23rd and the walkable location relative to Providence Park (two blocks away) and downtown.

Friendly, clean motel
The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. We were in town for a half marathon, and they gave us a late checkout to be able to shower before heading home. The beds were clean. I'd just recommend a mini fridge and a hair dryer. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
