Helpful staff, good breakfast. Location was great.
Perfect location in city centre! Wonderful historical building (but this of course means not-so-new amenities/look to the room) and the breakfast is a MUST!!! I used to live near Wenceslas Square previously and staying at this hotel was a wonderful way to welcome me back to the city! PS- The hotel strictly adhered to their 2PM checkin time, so if you arrive early, be prepared to store your luggage until the clock hits 14:00 😊
Was to be charged on my daughter’s credit card, charged on mine when I returned home and higher than quote! First room they assigned us to was for 2 people, we were 3 people There were other places we stayed nicer and far less money!
Every thing it was okay, I hope in future they have a private parking for the guest
The property is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. However, the rooms are small and feel very cramped, the carpets are dirty, and the TVs and amenities are outdated. The location is good, but that's about it.
This is really a three star hotel at best. The view of my room was terrible. Pillows were quite uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t helpful when I complained about the view. At the check out I was asked to pay for the city tax. Although not that much but made me feel uncomfortable. The staff didn’t seem that well trained but nevertheless nice. WiFi was pretty slow and not available at all times...
Prosecco at reception was a nice surprise. Great views from balcony, however the door was the only window, so it was a bit dark inside. Bed and bath were excellent. Very clean allover. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, coffee excellent, location really great. 12 walking minutes from main train station. Very good air conditioning, quiet at night.
Wonderful location, excellent service at the front desk.
The hotel’s location is perfect. Located on beautiful square. Super close to train station. Short walk to old town. Staff was very friendly.
Excellent onsite restaurant, large room with a great view, numerous shops and eateries around. The neighborhood got noisy in the middle of the night.
