Tub did not drain well and the television was non functional. Could not get anyone to get a different TV in the room.
The cable was broken for 2 days. The halls smelled like petroleum.
Parking area at night seemed unsafe, lighting was not good. Very dim.
Did not like the black soap bars. Left a black residue on the surfaces where it rested. Even though included breakfast was promoted in advertising, there was non included. Could easily provide some pre-packaged items during the covid pandemic. Will be better when food and beverage service resumes. Overall a nice property in a good location.
I was there for a church conference The moment i walked in i saw how clean it was and well put together. My room i felt comfortable in. Had my stay been longer i could have enjoyed a little more but i was there one night not a day, i just came to sleep lol.
Their ad said free breakfast but when we checked in, the admitting person said no breakfast. The carpet is old and not very clean.
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I am traveling with my cat and the bathroom is big enough for his litter box, crate, and fod and water dishes. I am disappointed with them for the fact I left my blanket there and didnt noticed until i reached my destination. I called them immediately and was told house keeping would notify me. No call back. I called back mangement with all the information and wanted to have it sent to where I am. I didnt get to talk with anyone, had to leave a detailed message. Still no call back from management either. This is a special blanket and I am willing to pay the mailing fee.
The staff is amazing. It is a clean, quiet place to stay.
Dated, smelled bad!! Not clean!! Would not stay again. Bed was comfortable.
Good hotel in the center of town. Good services nearby, but the neighborhood is a little dodgy. But I felt safe the entire time. Attractive grounds, room was adequate, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if passing through town.
