Sage Advice
The room was too small. There were 3 of us and there was no room to breathe. The room was not in good condition. The hook on the bathroom door was broken and falling off. The air conditioning/heating unit was right next to one of the beds. Therefore, the person laying next to it, was either hot or cold all night long. The shuttle service was great. The driver was on time and picked us up in the 20 degree weather. The food in the morning was fair. However, the breakfast room was very crowded. The maid service was great. While the hotel costs less than many others in Santa Fe, I have stayed at much better 3 star hotels.

Very nice & friendly staff. I think the "resort" fee should be waived when pool is closed. I purchased a beach cleaner to get mold out the corners of the bathtub.

Santa Fe So-So Stay
Overall, the breakfast makes the value worth it. If you are staying here in the winter, shower early as hot water runs out! Depending on the front desk staff, you’ll either have people that are super friendly and helpful, or ones that are totally rude (hung up on when calling because key wouldn’t work after 2 nights of being there-while it was snowing) The rooms are comfortable and the housekeeping staff does a great job. Overall, the front desk staff just didn’t seem to be able to keep up with the busy holiday week.

Don’t stay on the ground floor!
The area where the hotel is located is really good. It is close to the plaza and local food places. I stayed in a single king room. The room was small but decent size. The bed and bathroom were good. The cable was awesome, they had soo many channels that made my stay a little better since I love tv. The WiFi was slow and kept disconnecting. The room given to me was in the ground floor. It was horrible, you could hear everything the people upstairs were doing. Really loud, not comfortable at all. The doors were hard to close, for some reason I don’t know. You could hear other rooms slamming the doors to get them closed. It was so loud because of the upstairs people that made my stay not good at all.

Remodel Hotel. Bad value and dirty!
Hotel needs remodel for price and cleanliness terrible. Hotel staff friendly but lots of complaints as I checked in and also when checked out. Bathroom and plumbing particularly bad Remodel!
