WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE!
My friend and I reserved a deluxe, double queen room through hotels.com. Upon arrival, they did not have our reservation. We were eventually accommodated with the same room, but it was disgusting. 1) The pictures on their website is showing renovated rooms, but to find out, none of the rooms were. 2) Disgusting dirty carpet (never vacuumed during our stay), dirty bathtub, sticky remote control, crayon marks all over the walls, bird shit and wads of gum on the balcony, and trash left outside our room by other guests. 3) A resort fee is charged, but this is not a resort. House keeping rarely comes, within the spa - I had to inform an employee the jacuzzi was luke warm and the sauna was not working. 4) Extremely short staffed within the restaurant/bar area. It shouldn't take an hour to serve our dinner when there is 4 people within the restaurant and over 30 minutes to get a drink from the bar. The servers were nice, but the company should not short staff around holidays. I would never come here again, especially since this hotel was equivalent to a Motel 6.

You don’t get what you pay for.
This hotel used to be top notch. We stayed there before but it appears that new owners are trying to make it a “hip” place, unsuccessfully so, rather than a place of luxury. The rooms aren’t well-kept, I’m attaching some pictures. It was way too expensive for the lack of ambiance and upkeep of the premises. The staff was very polite.

Great location, much potential, service needs work
Heat in first room did not work, so we had to change to another room without help from staff to move our luggage . New room was nice but weird smell came out of vents for first two days. Hotel was booked so there was not another room available. After first two days the smell went away and the room was much nicer. Maids were very responsive and helpful, but they were very reluctant to restock toiletries, coffee and toilet paper - seems like they are told not to restock unless requested. This hotel has a lot of potential but service could be improved.
