Twin Towers Hotel

Beautiful and clean hotel ! Rooms were spacious and offered great views of swimming pool and surroundings! Bedroom was sound proof sufficient and beds slept great ! Restaurant has 3 restaurants at different levels , lovely swimming pool and gym ! Location is excellent for tours and city attractions! Staff at front desk and front floor was very helpful and well mannered! Really love my stay and will definitely be back ! Thank you !

The staff was very nice and helpful but other than that I didn't like anything else about it. When you walk into the front lobby it looks like a very nice place but let me say you get what you pay for. The hallway leading to our room smelt like old dirt laundry and like something died. The room is extremely run down and old looking. Not to mention the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. It’s as if the place hasn’t gotten a deep cleaning in years and the cleaning ladies only come in to make the bed and give you towels. There was disgusting marks and filth all of the walls and blood on the ceiling in the shower... and do not look under the bed. The bed and pillows were so hard. I would never stay here ever again and would not recommend anyone else stay here unless your okay with staying in filth. The location was okay there are way better places.

it is nice and location is pretty easily accessible. 7-11 is directly under which is nice. staffs are friendly and helpful.

My wife and I always stay at twin towers when we visit Bangkok. We are never disappointed with there service.

Okay service was good at check in , but oh my god the room I got was yikes there was hairs around the dress desk area , toilet looks hella old , the sink was but it’s sucks , the shower are hella all and there was cockroach in the room yike yike yike ... but they did upgrade my to an Executive room it was a little cleaner ... but we still found cockroach in the room. The housekeeping was good - she was friendly and very clean ... the area are good just next to 7/11 and some convenient store . Pool was nice but the ooool side bar the hour was supposed to start at 10-10:30 am no one was her and when staffs pass by when I ask they don’t seem to know anything about the hours . Restaurant : I heard the dim sum buffet was good , so on our last day we decide to go try it .. so when I went downstairs a lady who stand there to supposed to greet guests told me dim sum open at 11 am than I say okay than any breakfast than she said yeah American breakfast I say ok than she said it’s open at 10 am I say okay it’s 9:30 ish it’s there anything open she said no no breakfast right now @@ but there was people inside eating and she wouldn’t let us go in to eat I was super hungry I was pissed , so I said ok I’ll wait , I return at 10 am oh my god she that lady standing there ignore me and went behind that counter talking to others staff ignoring me ... that was 10:00 ish am .. what kind of services is that @@ well I return the answer is NO NO NO

I liked the swimming pool between the two buildings. The location was also ideal for exploring Bangkok.

They charged more money I agreed with Expedia.I stayed 5 days and they charged $92 more i agreed with Expedia.the room is not sound proof.noisy hotel.

The cleanliness, the service, and the location was good. However the bed was to hard.
