This is the only hotel that provided us in room coffee, conditioner, slippers, and free drinks in the fridge. Friendly staff.

Fine but will look for another hotel if next time
Plus: Overall good service and staff very friendly. Good location. Minus: Small rooms. Thin walls... very thin. Cleaning staff had a cupboard in the hall with cleaning stuff. Began at 8 in the morning with too much noise and talking loud. Result: Stay was fine but wont stay there again because of the minuses.

Wonderful Hotel in Rome
Great hotel in a safe and central location! They provide an excellent breakfast and also offered a free smartphone to use around Rome that was a huge asset. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back and stay at The Britannia our next trip to Rome!
