The location is excellent. The room was small, but nice. The bathroom needs to be updated. The exhaust fan didn't work. The beds were comfortable.
Simone at front desk was very helpful. She was not responsible for our day isappointment. Unfortunately when we checked in after a long flight we were told that the hotel was repairing the hot water and it would be available after 2 PM. It turned out it wasn’t repaired until after 9PM. That meant we couldn’t shower Unless we were h willing to take ice cold showers. The hotel appearance was shabby. Rugs need cleaning and walls need painting. Comfortable beds and an OK breakfsst. Very nice staff but would not return to this hotel.
no carpets on the floor, cold room, the water pipe broke for a day and the staff did not informed the customers
Great place, close to train station. Breakfast was delicious too.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good each morning. The room and bathroom were cleaned and organized well each day. The room was a bit small for the price. The exhaust fans didn’t work in the bathroom nor the two reading lights above the bed.
Toilet In room never worked properly. When we approached the desk about this issue, nobody seemed to really care and ultimately told that this how some of toilets in the hotel function. At checkout we were told to contact Director Human Resources about our issues, which we did, the end result was that we were told there was never a problem, and told again this is how some of the rooms plumbing works. This hotel’s customer service was as poor as their plumbing.
The staff is terrific. Very helpful, professional and friendly. Small hotel in a great location for us. Breakfast was included in our stay with a nice variety of food.
We stayed here on our honeymoon, our second time in Rome. The location is great, quick walk to everything touristy as well as wonderful local trattorias. The hotel itself is quite small, but realize how old it is! We had a very cute balcony space to ourself, perfect for a glass of wine.
Great hotel! Front desk service was outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful room with excellent amenities.
Nice rooms and quiet. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Parking limited and expensive
