lots of homeless right outside of property, room missing handles on mini blinds to open, floor old with areas lifted, smelly, bathroom floor not mop or cleaned, over all not worth the money, feel like Motel 6 would of been better. disappointed

Convenient location for the Van Gogh Immersion exhibit. Quiet, clean room. I like a motel with hard surface flooring as it's much cleaner than carpet. 24 hour security.

Just an average place
The front desk lady didn’t make any eye contact or speak loud enough to hear. Wearing mask makes it hard and I kept having to have her repeat herself. I even told her I can’t hear her with the mask. She never looked at me and kept her tone the same. Not a pleasant way for a check in.

Walked in the room it smelled so bad of cigarettes and then later on the people next door were smoking weed the place was runned down . The bathroom vanity , the nice thing there was a security guard outside the entrance I don’t know how much safer I would feel

location is great! host was very rude. Automatically charge $100 security deposit despite online booking. Room was in terrible shape. holes need to be repair, windows need to be fix, decorations/design of room feels unfriendly.

Unexpected
It was a weekend with a friend. The room was unexpectedly nice and comfortable. Parking spots are tight but we always managed to find a spot for our cars. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are nice and firmer than other hotels (I love firm pillows over fluffy ones), there’s a microwave and a fridge (no freezer though), and tv with so much channel choices. The room is clean, with no odors whatsoever. The bathroom is also clean, with hot water. Overall the stay was good
