Dirty pool
It used to be my fav place in Palm Springs for last 2 years, for its beautiful pool and quiet. Last 2 visits were very disappointing. The pool looks muddy, its far from being sparkling like it used to be. I let the manager know, they said they fix it. Aug 24th trip, jacuzzi not working, both pool and jacuzzi water dirty, you can barely see your feet. By the end of the first day in there all my body covered with rushes and red blisters. I was scared. We didn't stay for next night even we paid for it. Called to hotel to let them know, they just ignored me. Never come back.

This property was once a low end resort that has been updated. Unfortunately, the room had a very tiny shower that left one feeling cramped. The AC was noisy with a motor churning sound.
