I wish it was better.
Well, I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’ve never really had too many problems, but this time the toilet would not stop running, and a light fixture was almost about to fall off and the couch in a room was ripped. Overall it just wasn’t a good look, but normally, this is a pretty good hotel. I was informed that they were doing some remodeling but I could understand if you were doing remodeling why would you put somebody in that room? I didn’t really understand that but they put us in a room anyway. I think next time they should pay attention to the rooms that are not remodeled and make sure they do look good and are OK for a guess to stay.

Rough start but okay
The front desk clerk was kind at check in and got us our room keys. When we got upstairs, the keys didn’t work. A little annoying, but it happens. My husband went back down and got new keys. They worked, however, the room was occupied! Thankfully the other guests weren’t in the room, but it was awkward and I’m sure those guests would have been angry to know strangers were let into their room. This time we all lugged our stuff back to the lobby. The clerk was very apologetic and gave us breakfast vouchers for one of the days we were staying there. The lobby was nice and breakfast was good, but the rooms were a little run down. Overall, I will not be returning.

Not wearing a crown
There was always a line at the desk because someone was having an issue. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. The coffee machine did not work. The toilet ran continually unless you jiggle the handle.

They gave my room away that i booked so i had to get in a room with one bed there was supposed to be a kitchen area there wasnt one the tvs were not connected couldnt watch them and said maintenance was off until monday and only tried to offer a $40 deduction

NO AC IN ROOM ALL NIGHT! Very uncomfortable
First u pull up and get honked at by “security” as I walked in to check in that I couldn’t park there. Done honk at me! If ur car wasn’t there people could get by. I’m checking in. You are the one that needs to be driving around looking for crime. Not blocking the driveway. What hotel doesn’t let you pull up to check in. Then I get a room with no AC. I basically have to wait tell maintenance shows up in morning to fix it. Hotel service and accommodations sure ain’t what they use to be.

Room Burglarized
No one speaks any English. I left my room to go to my car in the morning and left my phone charged next to the bed...In a matter of 20 minutes my room was burglarized. My phone, earring, Glasses, and medicine We’re nowhere to be found. I always keep my do not disturb sign on the door. Apparently the staff could care less. The phone was tracked to Mexico, Police are involved and I was forced to stay at the hotel while I ask for an investigation. And yes, I have to pay each and every day I am here trying to get my items back.
