When I did the reservation I did it for 4 people in a doble queen bed room and the hotel only received for 2 people. So I had to pay for 2 additional guest. The water heat in the room didn't work, the fixed it 2 hours later. When I payed for the 2 additional guest the night they told me that we had the free breakfast for the 4 of us but still they charged me for 2 breakfasts more. The place is nice and quiet with good amenities but my suggestion is shake how the information pass in the reserved system between expedia and the hotel.

Out of a 5 I give this property a 4. Staff was super nice a friendly, the valet service was great. The property however needed some cleaning around the pool area. The rooms were good. A/C worked great in our room. Will definitely stay here again.

A must stay for sure going back
Although did not come during warmer weather (Will be back) this place is amazing and beautiful. The views,landscaping,and decorations are a beauty. Stayed 4 nights and went to Restaurant 4-5 times and service and food was to die for. Take a elevator to terrace and over a bridge to Restaurant/bar. The view is spectacular. There is nice walking trails up part of mountain nicely bricked and gorgeous. Weather for us was quite cool (Feb 24-28)so no pool and to cold. But planning on coming back when it’s warmer and pool weather. Taxi distance to other side of lake also has plenty of nice Restaurants. But favorite food at Hotel was the Ribeye and Salmon. Never liked Salmon until here. Table service was the best anywhere. Coming back for sure. Lake was drained by 70% but still room for a pontoon ride. Waiting on lots of rain from Mountains to fill.

Fantastic Covid-conscious getaway
COVID-19 Protocols -> Given the hotel is outdoors it was the perfect place to stay while hosting a safe and relaxing Covid-conscious environment. I appreciated the staff wearing face masks and sanitizer stations spread across the hotel. The staff crossed off sections of the pool to enhance a safe distance between guests which I appreciated. Experience -> The stay has amazing views overlooking the lake and is beautiful at sunset. The hotel staff is very attentive and can assist with activities like kayaking or rentals. The rooms are spacious and ours (on the 1st floor) opened up the pool which was delightful. We ordered room service and the food’s temperature was just right and cooked nicely and delivered in a quick 10 minutes. Note -> Even though this hotel is highly-rated it’s still out in nature and thus we saw a lot of spiders and webs as we walked throughout the property at night - there were NO spiders or webs inside our room though which was a good thing. I found their rooftop restaurant to be expensive for their quality of food and service, however it is by no means terrible. Wifi is strong with high speeds however the hotel has blocked Netflix and other streaming websites so you’re stuck with Cable. The closest convenience store is back on the main road 5-10 mins by car so plan accordingly.
