Very Good8.0
-Good room, cleanliness & hotel sign-in was very smooth. - 4th floor hallway has a dry wall section removed from the ceiling by the elevator. Appears to have water damage...Kind of nasty to look at for 5 days/nights. No one worked on it during the timeframe we were there. It’s right by the elevator. -Breakfast opens at 6:00....eggs and sausage appear at 6:15-6:20. Everything else is available...but why can’t the full breakfast be available at 6:00?

Horrible stay
The ice machine needs to be cleaned because all the ice coming out was dirty. Food was horrible for breakfast- egg and cheese omelets were dry and hard and sausages were undercooked and at 8am it was not restocked based on the amount of guests that were there. I had to wait around for more food just for it to be dry and hard when it came out anyways. Pool should be open later because that was the best part of the hotel. Our toilet was clogged all night and even up until we left the next morning it still was never fixed! They just kept saying they would send someone up to fix it but never came up. Me and my 3 kids (age 14, 9, 3, and 1yrs old) all had to keep going down from 3rd floor to the lobby to use bathrooms all night and morning and wait for it to be free to use!! Very unhappy with my stay especially because I paid more to stay here than when I stay at a Hyatt or Hilton. This was such a disappointment and waste of my money! I really wish I could get a refund of some sort I and will never stay there again!! The lobby bathrooms were dirty as well and not kept up to standard.

Would stay again
It was quick. Room was perfect for what we needed. Love that they offered breakfast.

Never again
Management did a great job of making sure we felt unwelcome. Apparently, 3 guests sitting in the lobby talking quietly is not acceptable behavior here. Kicking guests out so that housekeeping can clean the carpet seems to be an odd choice of priorities. I guess housekeeping is more important than people staying at the hotel.
