8/10 Very good

Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay but one night smell fishy all the way from elevator to my room. And in the bathroom smell somebody smoking maybe from the room above us. Overall nice place to stay and less than 5 minute to metro train / subway

Excellent newly renovated hotel
The hotel is completely renovated recently, with nicely appointed rooms, lobby, swimming pool and sauna. Therefore don't be turn off by its low ratings probably due to its pre-renovation days. The breakfast was good. You can access a small shopping mall, supermarket and metro without going outside.

Nice Hotel.
Checked out on Friday at 11:15 AM a day earlier than planned due to illness. When Hotels. Com called on Friday evening to see if they would allow a refund due to illness Bianca said i was still there. Not even checking to see if i was there. Friday evening I was home trying to get better. Bianca should check her facts before she gives a response.

Elevators & Housekeeping Concerns
Only 1 of 3 elevators worked in a 30-story building for several days of our stay. Otherwise on check-out day, housekeeping was knocking at the door at 8:30am ... when I asked through the door about check-out time, they said I needed to call the desk to find out. Shouldn't housekeeping know check out time and have a list of which rooms are ready to be cleaned? Waking people up 2.5 hours before the standard check-out time is bizarre, especially when the room next to us was already loud at 7am.

Montreal has better
Not much more than a travel hotel. The area it is located in is filled with homeless people. On the lower floors of the hotel homeless refuges are housed. Montreal has much better to offer for the same price.
