I liked the fact that it was near the airport. It was fairly quiet, except for the few loud cars on Veterans Hwy. I really didn’t care too much for the television reception. The office staff were very nice and helpful.

Front desk is completely enclosed in plexiglass including a lock-type chamber for the credit card machine. An audio vent to hear the attendant and a small space to slide a pen or paperwork through underneath. Felt like I was visiting someone in prison, not very welcoming. The rooms are extremely outdated with full-sized beds, not queen beds. We were in a "non-smoking" room but the outdated rugs were riddled with cigarette burns. Cigarette smoke smell was strong - we feel it was coming in through the ventilation system. I don't think the room was smoked in recently. Only a heavy curtain over the window, so people from outside would be able to see right in the room if you opened the curtain for light. A sheer curtain would have been nice to brighten with daylight The bedding was clean, but I slept in my clothes and didn't dare walk on the carpet without my shoes on. The toilet wouldn't flush. We didn't realize this until the very early morning when we noticed paper still in the water from the night before. Very unpleasant experience. I have NEVER checked out of a hotel as early in the morning as we did here. Other guests were extremely loud, slamming doors, kids screaming and running down hall. There must have been a wedding or celebration as many guests were dressed in native costume and singing (which seemed very loud when in a public hallway) and outside the windows in parking lot. We won't be back. I'd rather sleep in my car

We appreciated the welcoming and kind staff upon check-in. We were greeted warmly and given the information we needed for our stay. The double beds room we booked was clean with a working fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and thankfully clean. The hallway did wreak of cigarette smoke that had been lingering. Unsure if our nonsmoking room was next to a smoking room, but it didn't affect our stay. We always bring scented candles incase of any bad odors. Further, the bathroom walls and door frame were outdated and not in the best condition but it also didn't affect our 1 night stay. Overall a good experience. Would stay here again for convenience!
