Great Stay for the Fussy North American customer
This hotel has a great location. I walked to the main train station in a few minutes. Great local tram connections. Hotel service was excellent. Breakfast was not included in our stay but for 80 PLN, my wife and kids eat a huge breakfast buffet. NIce to see Americans from back home everywhere around the hotel. Comfortable, pleasant and excellent friendly staff.

great stay
overall I loved it. great room, great location, great services. if I had to find something to complain about it'd be this.we stayed on new years eve so I understand it was very busy time. But at check in the lady told me supper was in the restaurant behind us and breakfast was in the other one,but when went for supper they said all the tables were taken by reservation although they were mostly empty. he let us sit at one table as long as we were done before the 10 reservation. it was only 6pm so not sure why this was so important to tell us and make us feel pressured. and as it was a Sunday most everything in the hotel was closed except the restaurant and gym/sauna,so would've been nice if didn't have to pay the full 200 price but that's just nitpicking I guess. noticed a couple blemishes on our hallway walls and our door was missing a piece of wood as if someone had hit it with a hammer or sth. But overall as I said was a great stay,we felt comfortable there!

I'd stay there again
The room itself was great and the staff was very friendly. Wifi was reasonably fast and the bathroom was very modern. They even put me in a room on the garden side so that I can sleep in more (9h time difference...). With all that said, two things were annoying: - the duvet on the king size bed was not king size. There were two small duvets instead. Not a biggie, but it's hard to wrap yourself in a twin-size blanket... - I stayed from Thursday to Monday. All nights, including Thursday, there were people running up and down the corridor, partying until 2-3am. I have never seen this in any hotel. When I was finally tired enough I'd fall asleep, but the late night noises were not making the jet lag any easier to deal with
