Good experience

Great customer service, quiet room and facilities, the lobby had free water/tea/coffee and areas to work and hang out, everything was easy to find, and the hotel looked classy and clean. The location is not the greatest since it's on a busy street corner in downtown SJ so we paid a fortune to park in a garage with locked stairwells that made it hard to get to our car.
