Attention to detail
Beginning with the online check-in process to the front desk staff, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff went over and beyond telling us all that was available to us, lunch special for the day and even noticed that it was a special occasion for us. A complimentary gift was sent up to us. The restaurant staff were impeccable and took such good care of us. Such thoughtful attention detail overall!

Amazing stay at the Westgate! Friendly valet at night (day valet was rude-confirmed multiple times that my parking had been paid before giving my my keys). Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming and had great suggestions to come back and enjoy happy hour during the week. Stay was exceptional (except for the day valet incident).
