AVOID just awful stay
Awful & expensive stay. Room was grubby , walls all marked, obviously room not cleaned very well or often. The top of the wardrobe was thick with dust. BTW I would not normally even look on top of the wardrobe but it was very short and below eye level. Just grubby and tired accommodation at 4* hotel prices. To make matters worse, we were woken up at 6 am by the kids running around upstairs in the staff accommodation. Left one of my ear pods behind me and called to arrange pick up. Said they would check and call me back. Never did just awful and avoid at all costs .

Rude staff, terrible facilties, uncomfortable room
We came to this hotel for a night to enjoy the pool facilities, however upon arrival we were told the pool aas out of order, the lady at reception was very rude and when we told her we specifically chose this jotel for its facilities she was very sarcastic and made vulger comments such as "if you want to burn your skin in the pool water you can go ahead". We did not appreciate this sort of service and if we could we would have changed to a different hotel. We could have opted for a cheaper hotel bit since we wanted to use the facilities we chose this one, we left with ni use of any facilties and very disappointed. To note our room pillows were veey uncomfortable, we also had a creaking bed, therefore we could not sleep the entire night. I will not be booking here again, after we expressed our concerns we received no offer of compensation, no willingness to fix anything.
