Sleepless nights

The hotel us a little outdated. Needs carpets replaced, bathrooms had mold around faucets and soap dish. The linen and towels seemed clean. It smelled clean. The hallway carpet were old. The room itself was ok, except for the noisy, outdated AC unit and windows needs installation because it felt like i slept on the highway. Noise from AC and outside was 10/10. Could not sleep for the 2 nights that we stayed. Customer service was wonderful. Very pleasant and offered us another room. Breakfast was good. I am a Hilton Honors member and i love the Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, this location was not my favorite. Sorry.
