This was my first time staying at this property, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is large, and it's older, but many things have been updated, and they keep it sparkling clean. My room was a bay view, and I also had a huge picture window of San Francisco international airport. The floor I was on was quiet and clean, and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful with any additional needs I had. The beds are soft, the linens and towels were very clean and smelled fresh. The tub wasn't draining well, so they sent a maintenance person to get it draining better. I ate at the restaurant several times, and all the food was delicious, and delivered to our table in a timely manner. I can't say enough about this property, and I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in SF.
