Loud but otherwise adequate.
Gap under the adjoining room door means you basically have roommates. If they're up talking at 2 a.m. or getting up at 6, so are you. Beds are not soft, breakfast pretty standard, but it was clean. Rates bit high for what you get but it is Park City.
