We needed food delivery late in the evening, and Lavinia at the front desk spent considerable time navigating the system for us, even staying past the end of her shift. The location of the hotel was a bonus, walkable to several restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and really comfortable. I would definitely stay in the hotel should I ever return to Vienna.

My husband and I stayed four nights and we were very please that the hotel was very clean and nice kept. The staff was kind, helpful, and very resourceful. The only complain is that there was no bar or nice restaurant to hang out after a long day.
