Very loud in rooms
Lively bar area. Rooms were extremely loud due to music from clubs and bar crowds in alley until 4 am. Mattress was in poor condition.

Not Very Good
I get that the area attracts drunks from England out for a good time, but this hotel helps nobody that isn't there for this reason. The soundproofing is awful. Lots of noise from the street due to ancient poorly maintained windows. Lots of people yelling in the corridors at all times of night. In 11 nighs I had 1 night without loud drunk people outside my room at 3am. Judging by the loud squeeking noise coming from the room next door on my first night, I'd say the beds aren't particularly modern.

Great location and value
My daughter and I wanted to stay right I the Tenple Bar area. This is the closest you can get at a reasonable price. In the middle of everything. The room wasn’t luxurious. It had everything we needed and the location was fantastic if you want to be in the middle of the action. It will be noisy at night, so bring ear plugs if you plan to sleep.

Never stay in this hotel!
My advise to you(Hotel.com)- remove the name of this hotel from recommendation. Very bad. It is very COLD in the room. There isn't NORMAL water to wash--only hot and cold. Manager's suggestion--put your hand in cold water first, than under hot water and it will be MIX. I think in AFRICA will be better.
