Overall experience
Keri-Ann, us2 night trip
Eden Hotel Amsterdam, Amsterdam
This hotel is in the perfect location ! In walking distance or a short Uber ride to every tourist activity we wanted to do. The staff was very nice, with easy check in and check out process. We booked a room for 2, had a window view of buildings but we didn’t mind. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Housekeeping made our bed, changed our towels, and provided toiletries every morning. We would stay here again.

Good location, sub par hotel
Checking in the girls at the desk were incredibly unhappy - could tell that they were unhappy to be working NYE, but nonetheless, shouldn't take out on your paying guests. When we checked into our room the room was very small, but as expected. The bathroom had an incredibly fowl odor coming from it which did not go away the entire time. We tried leaving the door open to air out, but nothing seemed to work. Luckily we weren't in the room too much, so we could live with it. The bed was super comfortable, I would say this was the plus side of the room. Other than that the room was incredibly over prices, but alas, NYE, so this was expected. All in all, good location but I would not choose to stay here again.

Great location and good service
Service was very nice and friendly. The hotel is actually 2 hotels which gives you access to 2 areas easily. Location is pretty on point. Quiet environment but Rembrandt Plaza is steps away. Bathrooms are quite limited in space - our tub/shower was challenging Pillows need to be replaced.

Basic but ok.
Basic sccomodation in a good location, not a 5 min walk from the station as previously read, did the job.
