Great hotel, helpful wait staff in bar, and perfect location. The only thing I did not like was that they informed me as I checked out that there was a $15 Facilities Fee because I had used a third party to make the reservation. I don't recall ever seeing this during the reservation process and I had a receipt that said I had paid in full in advance. Perhaps I missed this on Hotel,com, but if in fact it was never mentioned, then I think Hotel.com needs to address this. They did drop the charge. Otherwise, great choice.

The front desk wasn't overly friendly at check-in. A smile could have gone a long way. But the room was great. Seriously some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. Fantastic location.

The location was great...the room was dark and small! Called for towels at 9am and they said they would be delivered right away still were not there at 1130! Bellman were friendly and Helpful!
