WORST HOTEL EVER!
Upon arrival we noticed that the hotel concierge had no clue of what she was doing, claiming that it was her first night by herself and that she wasn’t “properly trained”(her words). Then she gives us a room that has been used and not cleaned. There was a towel on top of the bed, to tv was on and marijuana crumbles all over the bed (pic 1) We go back to the front desk and wait for about 45 min- not to mention that it took almost an hour for Is to get the first room. She gives us another room, on the second floor after I told her that my boyfriend was having back problems. We get to the room and it was worse than the first one: bed undone, all the lights on and as we are getting ready to leave the person that was staying on the room ARRIVED!!! We go back to the front desk and had to wait around for about another hour and the clock was hitting 1am; we get to the room and we’re unable to shower due to the fact that the bath tub wasn’t draining and nasty things were rising because of the overflow. We decided that we didn’t want to wait until 2am to get another room. As if what we went trough wasn’t enough the hotel personnel started knocking on our door around 9am when check out time is 11. The Cherry that topped the ice cream is that I could not sleep properly because of so much black mold and I’m allergic and now my nose and throat are burning like hell. I’M NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT HOTEL AND I’M GOING TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. LUCKY THEM IF I DON’T SUE
