Everything was fine except that our room had no working WiFi. We rely on WiFi for doing business while away from home. We could only get working WiFi when sitting on the floor in the hallway. We notified the hotel right away. They sent a maintenance person who confirmed the lack of WiFi in our room. He stated that he would try to remedy the problem and it would take about 20 minutes. We left for the day, and when we returned there was still no WiFi. We notified the hotel again. They then connected us to an IT company who determined that the fault was within the hotel and asked us to take certain steps with our own devices to try and get it working again. This was at 10:00 p.m. and took about 20 minutes just to figure out what the problem was. It never was resolved and we were left without WiFi unless we sat in the hall. Upon checking out, the desk person offered us a 50% reduction on a meal we ate at the hotel. While that was a very nice gesture and appreciated by us, we would have rather had working WiFi then a discounted meal!

Outdated rooms and uncomfortable mattress
The lobby is very nice but the room was very outdated. Old furniture not to mention the uncomfortable mattress. TV is almost 15 years old with very poor signal and the sound was very awoful that I had to shut down the TV. I was truly disappointed from my stay and will never go back

Great Stay
Thought this was a beautiful old hotel and we enjoyed our stay here. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. We booked an executive room with king size bed which gave us access to the executive lounge where we were able to have a bountiful breakfast buffet and from 5-7 PM there were appetizers and wine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location close to Victoria station. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Stay
We stayed 1 night before a tour and I loved the hotel and location. Following our tour, we stayed 3 nights at a B&an which was nice, but I wish we had gone back to the Grosvenor!
