Nice river views
Great quiet location and fantastic breakfast. Short walk to all of the activities on the river. Room was not ready at 4pm and we were told they would notify us shortly. They never did. Spoke with the Food and Bev Mgr while having a drink and he discovered the room WAS ready - altho no one told us. F&B gave us a cheese/fruit plate for our inconvenience - a very nice gesture. Room - nice except that one drawer was broken, the night stand had a BIG chip and the mattress was somewhat crooked on the base platform. During the middle of the night, in the dark while finding my way back to the bed, my shin hit the platform that was exposed and broke skin. No great. Even with all that, we would stay again!

You Can Do Better
This hotel is way overpriced. I spent over $600 a night and didn’t even get a free breakfast. Additionally I had to pay $40 a day to park my car. The rooms were good, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about my experience.

Girls Trip
The hotel was very nice upon arrival and check in was super easy. I was told the hotel was fully booked and off I went to the room. Once I arrived at the room i realized i was right next to the service elevator that the maids used. It smelt awful, dirty dishes all on the floor and linens. The next morning it was crazy loud outside my room. The room itself was nice and the view wasn’t too bad.
