Nice location and lovely hotel
Great location steps away from the TCAT bus terminal and two major subway lines. The staff was amazing- incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is beautiful. We only stayed one night before heading out to Kyoto, so we didn't really use any of the hotel amenities. The room was small, but as expected for a big city hotel room. The bed were very comfortable with crisp, clean linens and soft mattresses. Our room had two beds with a fold out couch for a family of 5 (2 adults, 11 year old, 8 year old and 5 year old). It was close quarters for sure and there really wasn't anywhere to put our luggage except into the teeny tiny closet. We only spent half a day exploring Tokyo from the hotel, but were able to see Sensoji Temple and visited a Sega arcade in Akihabara easily via the subway. The hotel is also convenient to SkyTree. Seemed to cater more towards the business crowd, but the staff was very welcoming to my family with young children. We would recommend this property.

Sofa bed!
We booked a room for a family of four, in a room which was supposed to be suitable. When we arrived there were three twin beds (6cm wider than a standard single) - one of which was a folded down, saggy, sofa bed. The hotel's details when booking made no mention than the room was a double room, with a sofa bed. Extremely poor and extremely uncomfortable.

I can’t imagine any hotel being better,
Amazing hotel. The only thing that I can possibly knock it down for was the bed was a little hard for me but they have been in general on this trip. The executive lounge was the best we have experienced. The views were spectacular. The omelette chef in the morning was an artist. The journey from Haneda airport was a breeze with the T-cat terminal being next door. There is even an amazing shrine up the road. Honestly, if you are going to Tokyo you couldn’t make a better choice than the Royal Park. All the staff are also amazing as are all the Japanese people we meet.

Great hotel. Next time I would try to find something closer to Shinjuku station though. Easier to get to places.
