5 star hotel with exceptions.
Hotel is as advertised- 5 stars in appearance, however, the beds are hard as rocks and the restaurants are extremely expensive, cheaper to eat at other local restaurants, all in walking distance. Take the subway to Ginza for breakfast at Eggs ‘n Things, $10 per person vs. $40 per person at the hotel. Great american style breakfast!

Always a good option when visiting Tokyo due to convenient access to TCAT/Narita

Exceptional 10.0
Sad to see the pool/workout areas closed
Only issue is that the hotel has decided to close its workout/spa/pool which was one of the prime reasons for staying at this location. Although signs are unclear (both in Japanese and English), it appears they are going to renovate and reopen in June but no way to know if they will retain the same class they had formerly (may turn out to be a standard workout area with no "Japanese" flair).

The room was dated and should be remodeled. The main restaurant was just average, but the sushi restaurant was excellent. Everywhere throughout the property the staff was extremely helpful and graciou.

A hotel you can relax
Even though the hotel is quite dated, I overall enjoyed staying at this hotel. My husband liked the indoor swimming pool and I enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot. The employees are very professional and helpful. The location of this hotel is very quiet, so we all had good rest. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the 20th floor with amazing city view. I definitely will return to this hotel again!!
