Greatest !!!
It was great hotel, there location is just near the bus terminal, I could take a bus from the airport, and then the hotel is cross the streets. Great service all over. One of handy man carried my luggage to the bus terminal. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, clean hotel
Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Room was a little tight. Stayed at 4 different hotels while in Japan (same price ranges) and this was our smallest room. I’d still recommend this hotel. Short walks to train stations, convenience store around the corner, and restaurants nearby.

Bring back the 5th floor Pool & Spa
Always a quality and comfortable stay at Royal Park - Nihonbashi. The hotel is exceptionally convenient from TCAT station with Purple Hazamon line - Suitengumae Metro Station stop #10 access direct from the hotel basement level. Recent renovations have helped update hotel from a posh early 1980s dated feel to something more equivalent to modern circa early 2000s, but in the process they eliminated the indoor lap pool / spa (with mens/women bath/sauna area with message services on the 5th floor) to just a gym and in so doing, removed a major benefit of staying at the hotel. The lap pool and associated Spa, combined with the location convenience with reasonable pricing always made this hotel somewhat of a hidden gem. It is clear they removed the indoor pool and spa to save costs, which is reasonable thing to do if cost cutting is required, but at the same time, the hotel maintains same per room price structure, with the same level of too many far over priced on-site restaurants... So they are providing less for the same price (or more) now, less value for money...

Good location for Airport bus and metro. Not Much to do in the local vicinity but metro in basement so travel convenient. Have stayed before and will probably choose again next trip.
