Enjoyed the hotel and particularly, its' location. I would stay there again

Poor 2.0
Your amenities in hotel room need improvements, you have no refrigerator for guest use, your frig in the room is stacked with yours for sale beverages, no microwave either, which is the basic amenity and considering the nightly cost of your rooms it's just not worth it.

Exceptional 10.0
We loved staying at this hotel everyone was very friendly along with the Valet guys. We had a great view of the river which was actually a pretty color and the lake. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

Disappointed Stay
The front desk service was good. The room cleanliness could have been better being that it’s the Sheraton. The view from our room was great! However, the valet service when leaving was HORRIBLE!! They could not find our vehicle and they made no attempt to let us know. A move was made until we asked about our car after waiting for 15mins. We then had to wait another 20-25 mins for them to locate it. They kept giving us the run around of excuses. The manager, Angelo, was called and eventually brought it to us. Sadly, we will not be visiting this Sheraton location again after this experience.

Very Good 8.0
Nice view but need improvements with parking
We had a good time. We stayed for the weekend. Good view at the High floor. Club lounge: It was a nice place to enjoy the view of Chicago. However, I wish they had better options in regards to breakfast and snacks. Mini-bar / snack tray: I don't like the fact that they put snacks/drinks in your room + mini bar automatically and get charge for it later. When I saw that, I had to remind my kiddo not to touch anything which is hard for little kids to do. Fridge: They charge you for a fridge since you know, the one they have in there were full of refreshments that they will probably charge you a lot of money. Housekeeping: They were nice. They gave me my requested items on time. Phone not working: I informed the front desk that my phone was not working. Staff said she will send someone upstairs and 2 days later, it still did not happen. Parking: Their self-parking is pretty much "First come , first serve". The first day we were there , we had a good spot. The next day, I had to wait 20 minutes and drive around the area to finally find a spot. It was only one small parking lot. No 2nd or 3rd floor options for the self-park. I also saw one of the valet drivers parking a car in the self-park area... So that did not help at all. They had one floor for valet parking and one floor for self-park -- and they expect all their customers to fit in there. Not the most logical thing to me.
