Cozy, Charming, and Close to Everything on Skye!
Tucked away, yet convenient to everything on the Isle, The Skye Inn couldn't be more charming for a getaway! The lounge area is spacious and fosters both quiet tables for individuals and fosters a sense of global unity in the family-style table that graces the center of the room! Outfitted with an amazing overhead series of skylights, a wee bar, and a log fireplace, this community room is everything you need to start or end your day. And the food...it is simply mouthwatering! The bed is comfortable and the room is outfitted nicely, both in decor, a clothing cabinet, and a workspace. There is not a ton of extra walking space in the room, but all I can say to that is "Who's going to spend all day in a bedroom when there is so much to see and do in the area and the lounge, itself? The staff is uber friendly and welcoming! Inn manager, Tonileigh, and the rest of the crew made me feel right at home! My only regret is that I had but two nights stay!

This is a highly subjective review. It was MY error that we arrived at the hotel only to discover I had incorrectly booked for the day before and no availability. We were soaking wet from a hike. Staff were helpful in letting us use the phone due to shoddy internet. But no partial refund. I understand as a business they could have rented the room out had we cancelled, I’m just miffed we had to spend waaay over our budget to get the only available accommodation elsewhere with no good will gesture on the part of the hotel.
