Amazing and such warm and friendly service! They upgraded us to a higher floor with twin tower view upon checkin. And then sent up cake and flowers for our anniversary! What a wonderful time.

Care at it's finest
We had a stay here for three nights with our 3 month old. Honestly, it was amazing! Care and comfort at its finest. The staff were there to make sure our experience was one to remember. Shout out to the luggage service man named Hisham who went above and beyond to make sure our little one was taken care of. Also, the breakfast is one of the best we've had. Con : We checked in at night and requested a baby cot/bassinet but never got it Overall - Stay here! Best of Kuala Lumpur at your steps.
