Amazing on every level
On every level, in every way, I absolutely LOVED my 7-day stay at the MO in KL. The service was superb, the room is cleaned 2x/day with the turndown service, the bed and pillow selection were fantastic, the breakfast buffet one the of best I've ever had, and the staff in every corner of the property was amazing. I particularly loved Hama, the hostess in the restaurant, who always greeted me with a giant smile and even remembered my name and where I loved being seated. I can't say enough good things about my experience @ the MO KL.

The staff here really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. When we arrived, we were greeted with our key cards at the door and escorted straight to our rooms. They also arranged a late check out that was automatically applied to the card. We were celebrating both our honeymoon and my birthday, and came back to the room to find a hand written card, flowers and cake. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast is amongst the best I've ever seen! There are several stations available including French, British, Indian, Chinese and Middle Eastern. The hotel is very conveniently located steps away from the large mall connected to the Petronas Towers. We also used Grab which was an inexpensive way of getting to further areas like Batu Caves and Independence Square. Overall I'd definitely recommend the MO for a stay.

Really nice property very close to the PETRONAS tower and Suria KLC . Staff were helpful. Even if we reached early in the morning they kept our luggage and let us use the spa area to rest and shower. Same the last day of the trip. Extended our checkout time and was allowed in the spa area to rest . I would go back for sure
