Cheap service
We had pre paid reservation and hotel was charging another $250 per room And that was another actual charge that will leave you with -$250 per room That you will get 3-5 days you leave hotel once they determine the incidentals. When we raised objection we were shown list of things stolen from the rooms. We were very disappointed with this whole nonsense we were traveling with kids and elderly parents so stayed But never again

Nov conference. Fabulous service
6 days, 5 nights for a conference. Incredible service. Rooms recently renovated and are beautiful. Nice restaurant. Is "kitty-corner" to the subway station (Place d'Armes). Turns out that there is a huge network of underground shops that are all connected by tunnels under much of downtown Toronto (google "RESO"), and you can get to those through the same building where the subway station is (follow "RESO" signs). My room had a mini fridge and a great little coffee maker. The hotel is on the corner of Montreal's china town with wonderful restaurants and little shops. It is also only 2 blocks from an IGA grocery store. Thanks to everyone there for a great stay. If you are coming from the airport, and want to avoid the flat fee of $40 (Candadian) for a taxi to downtown) buy a 3 day metro pass (currently $18 Ca) and take the 747 bus to the "Lionel-Groulx" station, then take the orange line metro (use your 3 day pass) towards towards "Montmorency", get off at the Place D'Armes metro station, go out of the building, and go to the corner. The hotel will be kitty corner to where you are standing. To go back to the airport w/in 3 days, use the same 3 day pass and reverse the directions. Have a great trip!

Awesome Stay
Great friendly staff, easy check in and out. Very helpful service and parking there makes it very convenient. Very clean room/bathroom. Very pleased with the quality and comfort of the beds. The Sauna was relaxing, pool and hot tub looked very clean, although we didn't get to go in (forgot our bathing suits). Wi-Fi is always a great thing to include also, was easy enough to hook up to. Had a great stay at this Holiday Inn in downtown Montreal. Definitely will come back whenever we come again.

I'd stay again.
Shower is hot and strong. Loved the pillows on the bed. Clean, and comfortable, most the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On the edge of china town (so so) and old port (enjoyed). Other than the mold or mildew in the window, and slightly off smell from the sink they would have been 5 stars.
