Perfect for cheap work stay
Stayed here for 2 nights while working in the area. Found the place clean, warm, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Handy location for where I was working, so I’ll definitely be using them again 👍👍

Disappointed
The general appearance of the building was run down and shabby, some of the rooms had clothes and towels hanging on them visible on the landings.
The shared bathroom can only be described as shocking empty toilet roll tubes around the toilet, the toilet had on several occasions dirt which could not be cleaned did you the lack of a toilet brush.
My room had an old duster behind the chest of draws, the cupboard/ wardrobe had a camping chair and other items in it. The double glazing unit had condensation between the pains.
I had to deposit a £50 deposit in case of damage caused. This should have rang alarm bells, I say in hotels every week as part of my work and have never been asked for this payment before.
I have included pictures of the bathroom and the carpet in my bedroom.
In conclusion of my review, this accommodation is not a hotel or apartments but a hostel at best. To charge £50 per night and the damage deposit can only be described as laughable for what is provided by the accommodation.
Also at the time of writing this review I have enquired on how long it will take for the deposit to be returned.

Not recommended
No hot water or heating,
Bed lumpy and uncomfortable,
Room very basic and kitchen and utilities left in a mess by others.
Smell of weed from one of other rooms on arrival.
All in all the worst place i have stayed and would not recommend to anyone.

Freezing apartment.
I stayed at this apartment on the 29th December 21 as I had a family funeral. The apartment was so so. The bed was clean but the carpet was very stained. Also, there was no heating in the apartment. It was absolutely freezing in there. The heating thermostat was downstairs by number 2. I contacted the owners about 17.08 and they told me they would look into it. But unfortunately at 20.30 there still was no heating on. I returned home full of cold. I wont be booking there again.
