One of the best properties I’ve stayed in a while. Daily housekeeping was provided, the entire property was very clean. The rooftop restaurant and pool were lovely and the service all around was fantastic. I would highly recommend and would return in a second!

property is fine - the staff sometimes helpful sometimes not- the room was not cleaned properly for several days - towels were taken but not replaced - amenities such as coffee was not provided - only sweeten creme - i needed to make an outside call to retrieve my cell phone - the phone did not work - when I went downstairs the person at the desk was not very helpful did not know how to make an outside call - when I went to pack I realized a sweater was missing

Great Location, Great Vibe, May not get your room.
I was disappointed upon arrival to hear that after i reserved a king size bed 2 months in advance that there were no more king rooms available. I thought that was the whole point of a reservation, to reserve the room you want. We were put at the end of the hall and i'm not sure if the AC unit was right next to us or what but at night it was very loud, sounded like pipes popping in the wall. The restaurants, food, valet and pool all were great. i was just disappointed in our room situation.
